WORRY??? WHY??? NOT a positive venture

Ok here goes with a new post for those whom happen to be watching and reading our little info on the blog.....I'm not a big fan of Joyce Meyer's but happened to stumble over her broadcast yesterday while channel surfing locally....those of you whom don't know this Ms. Meyers is a minister.....anyhow...her topic yesterday was "Worry" ...and it caught my attention due to the fact I don't worry about many things.....there are however folks in our lives who tend to worry about everything....therefore I felt compelled to listen and watch the sermon.....basically she said....if you can fix it...then by all means....fix it....if you can't fix it why do you let it bother you?
SO if something is "out of YOUR control" let it GO......enough of the preaching today....
Was fishing yesterday and had a great time w/ my buddies Bill Hahn & CHris Provolt....we caught 3 Mahi {I lost one @ the boat}...we defeated a shark for one of the others...CHris was keeping the shark @ "oars length" while I reached into the water and saved the Mahi from the shark for us to have for dinner......the Mahi just couldn't win on that one!
David is getting closer to time to get home from the sandbox.....
Scott should be hearing when he goes into OTS soon....
Chris & DD are well and looking forward to a visit from Mom(Lexy).
I had a message from Grandmother telling me she sent me an email a couple of days ago....still no email....wonder who actually got it? :)
For the members of the family who don't yet know....Lexy gave her 90 day notice and will be returning to Texas soon....and plans on visiting all of the different family members since we've been overseas for such a long time.....get ready.....who knows where she'll be headed first although I strongly suspect ALL of our children will be getting visits "very soon".....and if you happened to have the makings for Mulligan Stew and Carrot Cake on hand when Mom shows up..... LOL....
almost work time so I must prepare for the day.....Love to all!
