Updating Info and sharing

Well...there are now (Kwaj time) 39 days and a wake-up before I leave for Vegas to seemy lovely bride and our eldest son ,his wife and the grandchildren.......some events have transpired and Mom/Lexy sent an email out about old Ike(the hurricane) which kinda made the house in Calvert a little uncomfortable as there was no electricity for about 5 days....Mom is now back in Calvert at the moment and preparing to make a road-trip to Huntsville to see David & Sarah ....meet the new doggie they have since Mom will be housesitting the house and dog sitting the 3 dogs while David & Sarah are on their honeymoon.....I've sent the flight info out as to Mom's travel times and arrival and departure times from all the places she'll be arriving and going from.....I/we're very excited about the up-coming family addition (Sarah) and my returning to Texas from Kwaj.
There are a few minor mixed emotions about leaving Kwaj....but the greatest joy in my life is spending time and being with my wife!
So...home I go!
As Mom stated we learned quite a bit while out here in the tropics.....things like you don't need a "lot" of land to have a garden....just LOTS of "containers" whether they be trash cans...5 gallon buckets or true flower pots.....soil some TLC and presto! you can now have vegetables grown for the eating.....
Sometimes I ramble and for this I apologize but as I try to get info and thoughts out I just toss in what is currently cruising through my brain....remember Mom is the organized one!
Other info needing shared is Mr. Neil Dye the DJ Guy from Kwaj will be arriving in Vegas the same day I am and has suggested the possibility of dining w/ the family that evening....I'll be asking our lovely daughter in law DD about the possibility of a nice lasagna dinner for that meal!
DD is a FINE cook.....
There are quite a few folks from Kwaj and other points whom will be making the trek to Vegas for the wedding......looks like a GRAND time will be had by all......
Until we see each other....as my Uncle Bud used to tell Lexy and I... "be good and always remember to be kind to one-another"....
All my Love....

NEWS YOU CAN USE and miscellaneous info

Here we go....just got off the phone with my darling wifey...had a great visit discussing the upcoming family addition (Sarah) and making plans for her/my assorted trips which are coming up quite rapidly....
Mom/Lexy will be flying to Vegas from Lubbock on 18 Oct....I/we don't have "solid" Vegas arrival time yet but should in the next week to 10 days....I arrive in Vegas on Presley's birthday on November 1st....then return to Kwaj for 13 days and PCS/fly out for Texas on December 3rd....overnight in Hono and on to Houston....
Mom/Lexy will fly from Vegas to Huntsville to babysit Apollo & Venus while David & Sarah are on their honeymoon.......I think that date is November 17th....David & Sarah get back on November 27th.....I leave Texas for Huntsville to pick up Mom from David & Sarah's Friday December 5th....we "should be" back on the homeplace in Texas about December 8th....this last little bit is kinda in jello....as all of my "final" arrangements aren't completed but will be VERY soon.....numbers you may need to contact any of us can be obtained by emailing us....I'm not gonna post cell numbers on the internet!
I'm kinda nervous about Tarbaby taking his first plane ride.....but probably not near as upset as he'll actually be! It will be good for us to get home so he can chase mice in Texas....he's a tremendous gecko catcher and has caught one mouse here on Kwaj.....as I'll be sending out an email about the blog being updated please feel free to share the link with anyone you might think needs any of the info here!
Love to all and see y'all soon!

90 days and counting down

Well.....it's official! The choice was made for the replacement supervisor at the plant and it wasn't me. Que sera sera......but to add to the injury....I received my notice to move out of the trailer where Lexy & I have lived for the past "several" years....after all of this...I made a simple decision.....since loyalty apparently does not work and neither does hard work and dedication....I'll just mosey on back to Texas.
I should be beside my wife anyhow!
29 years together and counting!
I gave my 90 day notice to the company as required.....so....go to the wedding in November...come back to Kwaj and 2 weeks later I'll be Texas bound w/ Tarbaby!
I'll add more information as it becomes available to me.....just know everything happens for a reason and I believe this is just the work of the higher power to get me home where I should be with my wife.
Love ya all!

Countdown to Vegas

Well after adding one of my favorite pics of Lexy and I walking on a beach on Kwaj I decided to post some more info. 69 days until I see my darling wife in Las Vegas and 14 days after I get there we'll have a new daughter-in-law! David & Sarah are to be married on the 15th of November. Times here have been a little difficult lately but things have a funny way of turning themselves around.....HBZ has been in contact w/ me and it looks like Texas is in the near future! So after 11 years in the tropics looks like I can head back to the ol` casa and begin to work on the home place and fix it up the way we want it with the love of my life.....we've always made a good team.....whatever we've decided to face together we've always accomplished what we set out to do!
I can hardly stand the wait to hear the preacher say "I now pronounce you man & wife"......LOL....Sarah my dear you're a wonderful addition to the family and we ALL love you!
if you get a chance to visit with Scott and or Beth....do so and ask about their new"hobby" ....jumping out of perfectly good airplanes!
Oh well....to each his/her own as some folks don't know why I like scuba-diving so much either!
The Oceans are truely the last frontier on Mother Earth.....we still find new species and are suprised constantly by the happenings under the surface.
I made a change to our personal data as our 29th anniversary is next week-end......29 years with my Angel!
WOW......Hugz & Kisses to all!
Love CB/Dad/Me

Update time

Ok....it's been way to long since I posted. So I'll try to remember all of the events.....I have managed to get under the water twice since I've been back on Kwaj....all 4 dives were quite enjoyable.....had some folks visiting from Illinois....they left this week (after the plane was delayed 24 hours)
There have been many delayed flights this summer.
Tarbaby and I are now back to just the two of us....he sure has been attentive lately for a cat.
I now have my tickets for the trip to Vegas in November for David & Sarahs wedding. I get into Vegas on the 1st of November at 7:30 in the morning.Lexy should be there prior to me getting there.....
speaking of my lovely wife....she's had a busy schedule this summer....hanging out in Lubbock with Mom & the sisters for a while then a road trip with Mom to Oklahoma to see Nanny and help out up there while Uncle Leonard was recuuperating from some surgery.
Scott and Beth have been doing some sky-diving......I don't think I could jump out of a perfectly good airplane.....to each their own....as Lexy says.....not everyone understands why I like scuba-diving so much either. looking forward to time with the family before the wedding.....Sarah had lasik surgery last week and is recovering from that .....bright lights still bother her a little.Chris & DD are doing well....as are Ryan and Presley......Scott and Beth are kinda playing the wait and see game as we all are waiting to see when Scott is to report to Officer training school. Ricky and StacyJo have sent out their wedding invitations....they're really cute.....
Lexy will be flying down to College Station and hanging out with Dad and Patty for a bit as well as our place.....guess I've been long winded enough and should get some sleep as the morning does come early!!!
Love to all the family!

The "SON RUN"

We left Kwaj on the 6th of June....spent one night in Hawaii....and caught our flight on to TEXAs the next evening....we arrived in College Station on Saturday the 7th at about 11 am....Dad & Patty met us at the terminal....we got our rental vehicle and headed off to Calvert and the house.
Chris & DD came in on Saturday evening and stayed with us in Calvert until Tuesday when we all drove to Dallas. DD needs to watch her speed in Texas! ;)
We went to the appointment and got good news as the medications are working and liver enzymes are in the normal range! YEAH!!!!
Went to supper with Chris and DD......kissed them bye as they were leaving the next morning for Switzerland....and proceded to drive up to Tulsa to see Scott and Beth.
We arrived at Scott and Beth's pretty late....
Went to bed and Beth played "hooky" the next day with us....Beth got a call and Scott told her Uncle Leonard,Aunt Norma and Nanny were coming by.....she got off the phone and.....SURPRISE they were here!
Nanny was a TROOPER....climbed those stairs to Scott and Beths apartment....(3 flights y'all!!!)
We visited for a spell...sure was good to see Nanny....Uncle Leonard and Aunt Norma as well!
Scott and Beth took us to a Comedy Club....they wanted Lexy's ID...which we didn't have....Scott told the fellow working the door here's my ID and this is my Mom so if I'm leagal she has to be!
He let us in....the comedians were pretty good and we all had a good time....we got to go out to Biz-Jet and meet the folks Scott works with and they were all pretty nice...and seem to really enjoy Scott working for/with them.....
We left Scott & Beth's in the afternoon on Thursday and drove over to Norman Oklahoma to see Annette....went out to supper @ the Cracker Barrel....her house is gorgeous and the neighborhood appears to be just fine.
We couldn't stay w/ Annette as we had to catch a flight from DFW early the next morning.....drove from Norman down to Dallas and checked into a hotel about midnight......5 am wake up and off to the terminal to catch a flight to Huntsville to see David and Sarah....I parked by gate E-2 and our flight departed from E-33....so we had a long walk.....finally cleared security and had a nice flight to Charlotte N.C. ....which is kinda weird but how we had to travel to get to Huntsville Alabama......David met us in Huntsville and Sarah got held up about 5 or 6 minutes in traffic and got there very shortly afterward....Sarah had BALLOONS and FLOWERS for Mom/Lexy and they hugged and kissed and giggled....as we were walking out to the car & truck we were discussing the things which had been happening on the earlier portion of the "Son Run".....we were very impressed when we got to see David & Sarah's house......the puppies are HUGE!!!
Saturday night we were taken to "downtown historic" Huntsville and were treated to a MARVELOUS supper for Father's Day......mmmmmmmmm Buffalo steak....GOOD
oops...forgot about going out for Catfish and meeting Sarah's mom and Sarah's BESTEST friend Donna.....Sarah sat next to me and we cut up and acted silly most of the meal....it was good to see her again .....
Sunday we went to a "private wildlife park"....really neat...all the critters.....Sarah had a Camel in her lap eating all the corn out of the bucket....we laughed...it was funny.....
Monday we went to the airport and were told we'd likely get bumped in Charlotte....so we called David & asked him to "come get us"....and his supervisor let him off to rescue his parents.....we spent another night w/ David & Sarah.....and left Huntsville on Tuesday....we got bumped off EVERY flight to DFW on Tuesday and had to go to a hotel for the evening......went back to the terminal...and FINALLY got out of Charlotte at 640 pm Wednesday.....so is the life of flying stand-by.....not always convenient....but it is CHEAP!!!!
We got to DFW about 920 pm (CST) by the time we got through Fort Worth and home it was 12:40 am....
I'll add more to this post tomorrow....and catch the family up with more info!

and then there was only One

As we prepare to depart on this Friday for Texas.....(me for 3 weeks vacation & Lexy to remain behind).....Lexy will be remaining home to play Mom and visit the children.....her Mom & sisters......and basically whatever she wishes for a while as we continue to work on matters within the family Galloway....the title merely lends to itself the following....I came back to Kwaj in February of 1998...after having worked here for HBZ in 1994/1995.....Lexy joined me here in 1999...following that each of the 3 sons....Christopher came to the island to work for a few years as did his youngest brother David......Chris PCS'd......Dad & Patty came out to work here on Kwaj for 3 years.......then Scott joined us...for almost 3 years.....Scott PCS'd.....then David PCS'd......we have enjoyed having the various factions of the family both blood and extended.....working here on Kwaj....I'm also the Last Mohican when it comes to the Barnacle Softball team......all good things must come to an end I've been told.....my question is "WHY?".....
so as the title suggests...there will soon be only one Galloway remaining out heer on Kwaj.....but wait there's more......should you decide to want to visit a tropical island....know there will be one waiting for you to come visit....one lone Galloway......watching the sunset.......waiting for the "Green Flash".......sailing,diving,fishing and lost in the Pacific....

SOME WHERE SOME WAY SOME HOW

Well ....16 days and Lexy is off the island for a spell....I'll accompany her to TEXAS and we'll have 3 weeks on the mainland together.....David is currently en-route to Huntsville Alabama....Lexy & I have one night in Hono then on to Texas arriving home in Calvert around 2pm on Saturday the 7th of June.....we have to be in Dallas on the 10th of June... we are almost certain to be in h'sville alabama for father's day.....I think Chris & DD are coming down to Calvert on the 7th or 8th....then will ride to Dallas w/ us to catch their flight to France to see Ryan for a couple of weeks...I'll be returning to Kwaj about the 26th of June...IAH/HNL HNL/KWA....
Not a lot of earth shattering news.....we're all still waiting to see when the Air Force will tell Scott to show up for class.....
Daddy & Patty recently bought a new house in College Station....has a pool & is in a nice neighborhood on a cul-de-sac (I think).....Wedding in NOVEMBER!!!!! that will make 2 daughter-in-laws caught/trapped with the Galloway moniker...just gotta corner the last one (wink wink .....ya know who you are) We love ya sweetie!
Looking into a riding mower for the house after the "copperhead" incident in April.....maybe find/catch some king snakes and turn them loose around the place!
Will begin posting pics after I return to Kwaj and I'll be a little more faithful in keeping the "blog" up to date.....and share the info w/ Lexy so she can help!
Guess that's about all for now......See y'all soon.....
Love to all!

BEST INTENTIONS

Since we've arrived back on Kwaj I've had the intention of updating the blog.
Between family matters, and work it just hasn't happened.
So this morning Idecided to post a little bit to keep the flow of news/info going.
David gets back from the "kitty litter box" in about 25 days.
HURRY HOME SON! We ALL LOVE & MISS YA!
Sarah is waiting for her fellar to come home!
There have been some minor changes to the trip to Texas/stateside in June .....I've extended a week and will be there for 3 weeks now instead of about 15 days....
Lexy & I arrive in Texas the morning of June 6th.......we have to be in Dallas on June 10th.....for an appointment.....the plan at this time is to fly from Dallas to Huntsville Al.......on the 10th or 11th of June and be there for a few days then back to Dallas and then back to Calvert....lots of work to be done to the place.....fencing mended.......pasture mowed....henhouse put in.......place for Herschy to be prepared...so lots of work and as usual not much time..........Major Diana is back in the states and I guess I should send her this blog and give her a call to tell her all the family news.....she's "retiring" from the military!
Lexy is waking up so guess I should close and go and make some coffee for my lovely wifey!
Love to all!

Sandy&Windy West Texas

We are getting ready to leave tomorrow so not a big surprise to get some WIND and SAND from the south the last couple of days.....wind speeds yesterday around 45 mph....today not so bad around 30 mph....but SURPRISE....high today of 90 degrees....tomorrow the high is supposed to be around 50......only in TEXAS!!
Looking forward to the flight back to Kwaj....received an email from Amy & Mark who are returning from their honeymoon and we'll be meeting up w/ them in Houston as they are scheduled to be on the flight to Hono and on to Kwaj with us as well...they too have had some "different" weather being in the Netherlands for the last month for their honeymoon.....
All in all the trip to the panhandle has been OK just wish it had been for different circumstances....the loss of Larry will be felt in this family for some time.....
When we get back to Kwaj Lexy will only have about 48 days left before she PCS's back to Texas.....I'll be returning with her for a bit to mend some fences and tote her to some Dr visits....then back to Kwaj....Hope all are well!

Texas,Bluebonnets and a snake!

Ok all...we're currently in Texas due to a death in the family and we'll be leaving for Kwaj on the 17th of April and arriving on Kwaj on the 19th of April.
The family is coming to grips with the loss of our father/grandfather/father in law ....it was a sad time but there were many stories shared by all the members of the family....some amusing....some HILARIOUS....but all showed the love and compassion that he instilled and or taught/gave to each of us.
I decided to drive down to Calvert from Lubbock to prepare things for Lexy's "homecoming/PCS" in early June.....mowed the yard and when about 1/2 through w/ mowing decided to go into the house for a drink....as I walked up on the Porch(forgot to mention I left the DOOR OPEN) and a small copperhead was laying on the ledge just below the doorway....had he not moved a little I'd likely be writing this from the hospital as copperheads are rather ill-tempered lil snakes!
I reached over to the left of the door and got the hoe and gently pulled the door shut so he couldn't go into the house.....then I chopped his head off w/ the hoe!
So ...looks like we'll be getting a few peafowl and guineas and chickens as soon as we get back to "reduce" the likelihood of "snake" encounters!
The pasture needs mowning and the fence needs some work so I'll be busy for the 2 weeks we'll be (me) in Texas when Lexy PCS's from Kwaj in June.
Take Care....more will likely be posted from Hawaii....

Twists and Turns of Life.....

Basically this information in this particular post is to inform the "kids" in our lives I'm considering taking a position in Western Australia.
I could take Mom along as well but think what we will likely do is keep the current approach of she can come see me when she wants but basically run around the states visiting the children and family.
The job is pretty much right up my alley in as much as it's a power plant position but there are some curves and twists I need to have explained a little more in depth.....one that really intrigues me is the possibility of gaining Australian citizenship after being there for 2 years.....

If I were to stay on Kwaj I have agreed to run for president of the Scuba Club again....but let's see....fishing and diving in Australia???? Come On.....I'd be silly to pass that up!!!!!
So.....my resume goes out tomorrow and we'll then have to wait and see what transpires.....I think I want to do this since I can't get accompanied status here and if in Oz then Mom isn't limited to "60 days a year to visit".
If you're reading this and you're one of our children....I'm working Fri-Sunday this week!
KSC is having an Easter Egg hunt @ the beach on Sunday......50 silver dollars in eggs for the kids and 2 different eggs will have a token for savings bonds....one for 50 bucks and the other for 100 bucks.....looks to be lots of fun.....so thankful for the members that stepped forward to pick this up as I had to schedule myself to work......hope we get LOTS of pics taken...speaking of pics...BETH!!! you need to be sending me some pics that were taken in Texas when all the boys were in Texas together young lady!
I'm out of here for now.....trying to post more pften but due to work and KSC presidential duties lately....kinda BUSY!!!!
Love to all!

WORRY??? WHY??? NOT a positive venture

Ok here goes with a new post for those whom happen to be watching and reading our little info on the blog.....I'm not a big fan of Joyce Meyer's but happened to stumble over her broadcast yesterday while channel surfing locally....those of you whom don't know this Ms. Meyers is a minister.....anyhow...her topic yesterday was "Worry" ...and it caught my attention due to the fact I don't worry about many things.....there are however folks in our lives who tend to worry about everything....therefore I felt compelled to listen and watch the sermon.....basically she said....if you can fix it...then by all means....fix it....if you can't fix it why do you let it bother you?
SO if something is "out of YOUR control" let it GO......enough of the preaching today....
Was fishing yesterday and had a great time w/ my buddies Bill Hahn & CHris Provolt....we caught 3 Mahi {I lost one @ the boat}...we defeated a shark for one of the others...CHris was keeping the shark @ "oars length" while I reached into the water and saved the Mahi from the shark for us to have for dinner......the Mahi just couldn't win on that one!
David is getting closer to time to get home from the sandbox.....
Scott should be hearing when he goes into OTS soon....
Chris & DD are well and looking forward to a visit from Mom(Lexy).
I had a message from Grandmother telling me she sent me an email a couple of days ago....still no email....wonder who actually got it? :)
For the members of the family who don't yet know....Lexy gave her 90 day notice and will be returning to Texas soon....and plans on visiting all of the different family members since we've been overseas for such a long time.....get ready.....who knows where she'll be headed first although I strongly suspect ALL of our children will be getting visits "very soon".....and if you happened to have the makings for Mulligan Stew and Carrot Cake on hand when Mom shows up..... LOL....
almost work time so I must prepare for the day.....Love to all!

Recent events and future

Here I am sitting at the keyboard again trying to prevent a certain young lady in our life from "verbally chastising me".... :)
David has departed and should be back in the sand-box and is now on the down hill side of his time over there.
100 days or less from my understanding of his info shared w/ me.
He and Sarah had 3 great weeks together and all 3 of our sons met up in Texas and spent some time w/ their grandfather. Good times had by all......
David & Sarah have PUPPIES......2 of them.....one yellow lab and one black lab......about 6&9 weeks........I think their names are mutt & jeff....
NOT REALLY!
Their names are Venus and Apollo!
Very cute pups......on to even more events......

David and Sarah have decided to "relocate" the wedding to the Bellagio resort/hotel/casino in Las Vegas Nevada!!!!!
Each has said it just made sense and was a much simpler way to have the wedding for them....so wanna go to a wedding in November ya gotta go to Vegas Baby!
This just makes so much sense.....maybe Lexy & I should have done this when we got married so long ago!
Package deal....room,pics,cake....marriage license...and ta dah!....they'll be married....no worries!
WOW!!!! Way to go you two! Can't wait......
My next daughter-in-law is not only smart like the first daughter-in-law....but she's just as gorgeous as the first one too!
(Love ya DD!)
November in Vegas will be quite a good time!
Be there or you're a SQUARE!
Kwajalein information......there is an old Chinese proverb which states"may you live in interesting times"....OK so...do the times have to be THIS interesting?
fish are still biting OK....I haven't been diving in some time ....and need to go get under the water before my gills close up.....had plans to go fishing this afternoon .....but with the current thunder & lightening....looks like a scrub.....as soon as I figure out how to add pictures I'll be loading a few......pics of the boys and us...pics of Texas.....kinda run down for now!
Stay in touch peek in from time to time and I AM getting better at posting info.....BIG ANNOUNCEMENT coming SOON!

Catching up....

Well...after being "harassed" to update by a certain female in my life here we go.....the fishing has been really good lately....Rick and I have had some good times away from work fishing and chilling....Stacy Jo & Lexy have been fairly "religous" about going to the gym daily....work continues to have it's challenges...currently we just flat can't compete with the salaries being offered in other locales of the world.....we're also NOT being SHOT at here!
I suppose our youngest has finally had the Elgin brisket and sausage Mom & Dad had sent to him for his brief visit to the mainland.Guess we need to send some to his brothers to remind them of the GREAT TEXAS food!
:)
I seem to have given y'all a bad link previously....the Village Hotel link I gave is wrong....
www.thevillagehotel.com
This link should work if you want to use it.
Lexy has been quit smoking for almost 5 months now....I have been off the Copenhagen for 12 days as of today.....still have an occasional headache and the WEIRDEST dreams while taking this nicotine replacement therapy......Jill and Peanut are doing well.....Rick & I were @ Bingo last night without the girls...we even had Mike out w/ us!
We hope all whom we haven't seen in some time we'll be able to see in Nashville for the wedding in November!
Scott & Cora Parker need to stay in touch more often/better!
The Parkers are now in Huntsville with LOTS of the other "adopted" children from Kwaj!
Guess this is good enough for now(hope it keeps me out of trouble)
Take Care All!

Saturday, January 5, 2008

Well...Sunday and another weekend at work.....I'd sure like to be fishing today...the Mahi are beginning to pick up in numbers and in size....I saw a nice bull Mahi @ the SBM yesterday in a cooler that probably weighed about 25-30 lbs....I'm now being "guided" by our future daughter-in-law as to keeping them informed by posting more often....guess she has me wrapped around that little finger just like DD does!
So Sharmon....sister dear if you're reading this just know you need to thank Sarah!
:)
Speaking of Sarah.....she should be seeing David Lewis in about 4 weeks as he'll be in on R&R for about 3 weeks....little does he realize just how much WORK he's in for ....rearranging furniture as Sarah tries to decide where she wants what and no....I changed my mind it looked better WAY over there where it was in the first place.....as David has some prior experience helping Mom (as do all of the Galloway menfolk) rearrange and move things around....IT'S a DISEASE ...moving stuff around....my wife says so...therefore it MUST be true....
I'm in the beginning stage of preparations for our annual VP pilgrimage...check out the Arthur family's new web site www.villagehotel.com
We all enjoy our time there so peaceful and it just feels like going to see family as Bob & Patti and Jamie and all the grandkids just are so glad to see us back!
This year a dear friend and I will be cooking a Mexican fiesta dinner while we're there....last year we did a Texas style BBQ and it was a SMASH!......
To bad our children won't be there! When I get some additional information/instruction from the family geeks as to how to load pictures in with the blog I'll begin doing so....we have some GREAT shots from Scuba Santa...the Parade of lights and some really devine sunsets from here as well as other locales....gonna dash off and see what I can fix for supper!
Love to all

News & Views

Well...after FINALLY being able to use the local net ....here we go with news....David & Sarah are now bona fide homeowners/taxpayers....can't wait to see the new Galloway place in Huntsville Alabama....Christmas went well....first time in our life we had NO CHILDREN around to help celebrate the season.....so.....NO COOKING! We went to the PDR and had someone else cook !!!! it was OK just not the usual fanfare.....the smells of the season weren't permeating through the house so....just not the same....Lexy has now been NOT SMOKING for over 3 months!!!! SO proud of her!!! I'm next for kicking the nicotine habit....I have a Dr's appointment on Tuesday to get my Rx for the medication and "support sessions" begin on the 15th of this month....Scuba Santa was a blast....lots of folks showed up on the beach for that event.....we had the annual sailboat parade of lights from the Kwajalein Yacht club the next night....the sailboats were just amazing all decked out with lights and sailing past in front of our place with the carolers singing carols .....I'll be trying to post some pictures from these events and others as well later on today....other family news.....Scott was chosen for Air Force OTS ...we don't know when he is to report yet....more when we have additional info....
Chris & DD are doing well....Las Vegas evidently agrees with them both...we're all looking forward to the wedding next November and welcoming a new daughter into the family!
Kwaj just is going through some major evolutions and is not as "pleasant" as in the past....many folks have lost their primary focus and are plain disgruntled with "happenings"....any change is uncomfortable...but MAJOR changes can be outright painful....folks around here are more concerned with NOT knowing anything than knowing what is actually occuring....as time progresses it will improve....this is not the first time Kwaj has gone through growing pains and it won't be the last....more later....til then....CB&L
